Life is pretty busy at the best of times, but as we approach Christmas, it’s even more difficult to make time for you and your fitness.
What with parties, present-buying, food shopping, juggling your family’s calendar and frantically trying to finish up at work before the end of the year, it can be super-tricky to squeeze in workouts in the run-up to Christmas.
However, even if you can squeeze in just 5 minutes of activity, according to scientists it can have a huge impact on your mood and how you feel.
To help you carve out essential fitness time across the chaos of December, Jess has created #JennisTimeForYou – quick, 5-minute workouts that you can easily fit into your schedule. You can find all these in the Jennis Extras section of the Jennis Fitness app.
“If I’m finding it hard to squeeze in a 30-minute circuit, I’ll often do a quick five-minute blast instead. Just doing a few minutes of activity immediately makes me feel so much better,” says Jess.
