In a nutshell

I've created the Jennis Postnatal programme to share the postnatal exercise programme I followed, and to help you get gradually back to full body confidence and fitness. Divided up into three important stages, it's all about helping you build up the right muscles in the right order for long-term health and fitness. 

  • Stage 1 (0-8 weeks): Helping you build up your core control muscles
  • Stage 2 (8-16 weeks): Helping you develop that core control, while adding light resistance
  • Stage 3 (16-24 weeks): Gentle fitness workouts that will help you progress to a full fitness programme

How quickly can I get back to exercise after giving birth?

Once your baby is born, there’s often an expectation to get back to pre-birth body fitness right away. But the reality is that you’ll only be able to achieve that if you do the right exercises in the right order and take it slowly.
