I've designed the Jennis Pregnancy app programme to help you have strong and healthy pregnancies, to feel confident staying active and to help you get the recommended 150 minutes of moderate exercise each week.

 

There's tons of variety, which means you can choose the workout that suits your fitness level and how you feel that day.

 

And you can join us at any point in your pregnancy, and the programme will automatically update as your body and trimester changes.
